Here at Sunrise Beach Club, you become apart of our private member association. Your unit week stays the same each year by paying your yearly dues by January (Only $865.00 for 2024). This is still very low rates for a 1 bedroom condo in a small gated community with a gorgeous grassy courtyard on the beautiful Daytona Coastline. As an owner, you will not only create lifelong friends with your neighbors but your children will too. The majority of our owner families have been here for 40 plus years.
