These units are for rent. We require a $100.00 deposit to reserve these units. Prices are fixed for a 7 day week and does not include tax. We have a minimum of 3 night stay. We accept Mastercard, Visa or cash. No personal checks for rental payments. Overnight Occupancy is limited by Florida Statute to (2) persons in an efficiency unit; Four (4) persons in a one bedroom unit; and Six (6) persons in a combination of one bedroom and studio unit (plus infants in each case).
